SHIPPING COST:

Complimentary shipping on orders over $75. Shipping costs for orders under $75 vary by item and are shown at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

DELIVERY TIME:

Once processed, delivery takes approximately 7-15 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

LATE ORDERS:

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact our support team at smillerceo1@aol.com. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us for a full refund.

RETURNS:

Unworn watches in original condition may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. A 30% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Defective or incorrect items are replaced at no cost to you. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
